Do I need to be registered to take courses?

Yes, this course content is restricted, and permissions are granted based on your affiliation with BioPro. You can register by contacting jpringle@bioproimplants.com or by contacting our office at 810-982-7777.


What if I forget my login credentials?

Your username is your email address that you provided BioPro (if unsure which address, please contact BioPro). If you forget your password, you can reset it on the “Member Login” page by selecting “Forgot Password”. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you are logged in with the temporary password, you may want to reset your password on the “Profile” page. Once a new password is entered, you will be automatically logged out and need to re-login.


What if no courses appear under the “Available Courses” page?

If no courses appear under the “Available Courses” page, please log out and re-log in. This will need to be done the first time after resetting your password. If the problem persists, please contact BioPro.


What courses are available?

We currently have available introductory training for multiple product lines, with additional courses launching soon.


How do I know if a course is completed?

Once a course is completed, a certificate will be available showing that you completed the course with the date that you completed the final quiz or lesson. You can view all of your completed courses on the “Profile” page.


Do I need to send BioPro my certificate?

No, BioPro can review all of the courses that you have taken and your performance on that course.


What media is included in the courses?

We use a variety of media, but mostly videos hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. There are also courses that include embedded PowerPoint slide shows that will need to be clicked through.


Why is the training video freezing up or buffering?

The quality of your playback is largely dependent on your Internet Service Provider. The higher quality the video, the more required bandwidth. If your video is freezing, you can click on the setting button in the bottom right hand of the video and choose a lower quality (lowest is 240p). This should resolve your problem. If it does not, please attempt the course at a later date or contact BioPro if you believe it is not due to your internet connection.


Why is the embedded PowerPoint screen black?

If the entire PowerPoint doesn’t load and you are experiencing a black screen while clicking through the content, please refresh your page. Once refreshed, the content should appear, though may return to the first slide. If it does not, please contact BioPro.


Is it okay to share my login credentials?

BioPro prohibits the sharing of your login information. You can request to sign someone up by contacting BioPro.
